Creative Director, Virgin Voyages

Virgin Voyages is looking for a Creative Director to drive their content studio. For this role, they need a deeply creative thinker with a 360° orientation leading content strategy and content creation across all channels and platforms.

This special someone will have extensive experience building consumer brands and identity systems across diverse touchpoints. You'll have worked with both start-ups and established brands, and have successfully led design projects and teams. You’ll have a strong point of view on design and storytelling, and you are able to communicate this to your team and partners with clarity, conviction and without ego.

Guest Feedback Coordinator and PA to Operations Director, Virgin Limited Edition

Virgin Limited Edition is an award-winning collection of unique retreats, chosen for their beautiful locations and magnificent surroundings. Each offers a sense of fun, style, luxury and exceptional personal service.

They need someone to take on the role of Guest Feedback Coordinator to individually respond to guest feedback forms on behalf of the MD. You'll manage guest profiles and oversee generating feedback statistics, using this information to highlight trends and areas of note throughout the collection. It is important to have the ability to adopt the Virgin ‘tone of voice’ in written correspondence and you'll need good attention to detail.
