Virgin Group Loyalty Company (VGLC) brings together Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles with Virgin Red, the app that rewards you for living your life more Virgin, to create a new loyalty offering for Virgin customers. It will give Virgin customers greater choice around where to earn and redeem their miles, as well as rewarding customers more as they build their relationships with Virgin.
VGLC are currently looking for a Digital Operations Director to join their team. As their Digital Operations Director you will lead the presentation of VGLC to their members through their key touch points, the app, the website and their social channels. You will need to be an experienced digital and content leader who can help build a best in class network of partners and lead a team of content makers to deliver strong, commercially focused digital program for VGLC. You will also need to work closely with the CTO and Team to ensure we have best of class systems across the website and apps.

Virgin Red is a customer loyalty and rewards app that gives Virgin customers access to offers and opportunities from Virgin and a select group of 3rd parties.
We are looking for someone with at least a year of experience in a Customer Support role, who is skilled in handling difficult customer situations.
You will spilt you time between customer support, resolving support issues/questions that have been escalated via our external Support agency (ICUC) across emails and social media channels; operations support, creating handover documents with partners to outline content due to feature on Virgin Red; and commercial support, supporting the Commercial Team in the ownership of all prizing elements.
