Exclusive research from Virgin and YouGov reveals that the UK public have a great many concerns about the introduction of driverless cars on public roads next year...
"The future is ours to shape, and the UK should be a leader in this space, not simply in terms of the impact on cities and citizens, but also in terms of the technology and production. And the impact of driverless cars could be as large as the impact of cars on cities in the 20th century. Our goal should be to ensure that the impact is less detrimental this time," explains Dan Hill, Executive Director of Futures and Best Practice at Future Cities Catapult.
