Reporting into the Duty Customer Experience Manager as a Customer Information Controller within the Virgin Trains East Coast Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the provision of real time customer information through the operation of information issuing systems.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality information for our customers, front line teams and key internal and external stakeholders. Using approved messaging channels and in line with the Virgin Brand Values and communication strategy, you will ensure all downstream customer information channels are accurate, with timely and concise information at all times.
