Some of your key responsibilities as Content Manager will be:
Coordinating a content strategy for Virgin Atlantic Holidays with the aim of building brand authority and trust, through contextual content that meets customers’ needs, which drives our SEO traffic and delivers to our KPIs
Managing a team of up to 10 and working closely with agencies and the Performance team on how best to optimise content which amplifies Virgin as a thought leader through trust
Delivering content on browse experience but also adapting to new search results through building new pages at pace, therefore ensuring customer needs are met

Virgin Red is Virgin’s rewards club and is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager of Member Engagement to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the engagement and resulting revenue within each international market. Developing and executing campaigns and member engagement communications across Virgin Red’s global CRM and digital marketing functions for all its consumers.
This role will support the Head of Member Engagement in creating and leading the execution of the strategic CRM plan to enable Virgin Red to deliver on its ambition to create a One Virgin eco-system. Virgin Red will be expected to establish a relationship with all its Members, providing them regular and relevant information to inspire them, encourage them to earn Virgin Points and help them redeem these miles on great treats and rewards for themselves.
The scope of the role includes creating and optimising lifecycle campaigns, expanding customer reach and touchpoints, personalising communications and working with other functions in the business that are dependent on CRM. The emphasis is on executing full customer lifecycle management, through working with specialist agencies, bringing this strategy to life with impactful, engaging and deeply Virgin in personality communications.
The successful candidate must be an expert at data-driven communications with customers and interpreting the customer journeys to identify opportunities to enhance that journey through Virgin Red’s communications.

Virgin Media is on the lookout for an Account Manager to join its team at Virgin Media B2B. The role will be based out of the Bristol office, covering a broad range of government authorities.
The Account Manager will drive the strategic direction for a defined set of high net value accounts, with responsibility for owning the operational management and development of customer relationships with a view to delivering against the designated strategy for these customers.
You will be accountable for annualised revenue growth, through the development of excellent, high level, balanced customer relationships. Your collaboration is key, through the formation and management of virtual teams, while coaching and mentoring account managers, Sales Specialists and other key members of the team.

They're also not afraid to be a bit scrappy (we're a startup after all) and can shoot things themselves when necessary.
What you’ll be up to:
Producing and editing compelling, dynamic, and creative video content for social media platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram
Collaborating with the social team in the conceptual development of original content for our brand channels
Exercising your ability to know what is trending and applying those trends to video outputs/deliverables
Creating animation/motion graphics for brand channels
Editing video footage of Virgin Voyages events and interviews
Shooting in-house productions when necessary
Staying up to date with what is trending in the travel and creative landscape
