As Community Lead, your job will be to drive customer advocacy by helping people to connect to physical or digital communities with common shared interests. You’ll be supporting residents and communities through different stages of the Virgin Media build, bringing residents and communities closer together.
You’ll help Virgin Media to build a sense of belonging and sustainability in the community, by improving spaces, encouraging community participation, and giving people the digital means to connect with each other.
