Lindsey Chew leads Rocky Mountain Institute’s digital marketing and communications. She works to grow the organization’s international influence on social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google+), develop key business/government partnerships, produce a variety of online communications assets and manage all content on the newly revamped RMI website and micro-sites.
Lindsey has formerly driven digital engagement strategies and campaigns for global nonprofits including sustainability@BU, The Climate Group (and high-profile event Climate Week NYC 2015), The Gold Standard Foundation in Geneva, Switzerland and for Boston University’s First-Year Student Outreach Project.
She also founded a globally top-trending Twitter campaign called #CleanEnergyU, a dialogue in which students across the nation and 40+ CEOs and leaders from The White House, Fortune 500s, government, higher education and nonprofits shared their visions, ideas and actions for a low-carbon future.
Lindsey was invited to the Obama White House for a climate roundtable ahead of COP21 for her work on #CleanEnergyU.
