We’re looking for a creative content producer and social media whizz to help inspire entrepeneurship in the UK at Virgin StartUp. We need a Trademark Attorney to join our team in London. You’ll be managing the global trademark portfolio and the domain name portfolio, monitoring any brand infringements and taking appropriate action in relation to such infringements. We’re looking for someone with experience of managing trademark and domain name portfolios and disputes on a worldwide basis, gained in both private practice and in-house roles.

This is an exciting 18-month placement that will expose you our apprentices to all angles of business and management at Virgin Trains. You will have the opportunity to become a fully operational manager, getting to really understand our business from all angles and leading teams at a frontline level.
The primary purpose of your role is to develop and inspire people (and where necessary manage performance) to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do. This is a people orientated role within which you will be responsible for a dedicated team of people, who deliver the service to our customers. You will be responsible for leading this group of people to deliver a consistent level of customer service as expected from a Virgin Company. You will be a leader in making Virgin Trains’ Vision for the business live through involvement and engagement with its people and you will deliver customer service in line with the Customer Service strategy.
