The Senior Consumer PR Manager will be responsible for the execution of creative, consumer-centric communications campaigns that increase awareness, consideration and advocacy for Virgin Trains and its related products.
This will include both proactive and reactive project work, and principally relate to Consumer news and ideas generation. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in telling business stories on behalf of large consumer brands.

Reporting into the Membership Analysis Manager, the main responsibilities of the Senior Membership Analyst include: analysis and reporting of membership performance; providing a commercial understanding of performance, particularly vs budget, prior year, and recent trends.
You’ll be required to look after the Annual Membership budget, which involves preparing and presenting the initial membership budget, liaising with key stakeholders and operational teams to ensure appropriate engagement across the business from input to final review.
There will also be a responsibilities around business partnering (providing insightful analysis of terminations and existing membership base, commercial explanations and training), in-year reforecasts (completion of short-medium term forecasts which accurately reflect business trading conditions and challenge future performance) and modelling and appraisal of pricing opportunities including calculation of financial returns and assessment of risks and opportunities.
The opportunity for an Account Executive position has become available within Virgin Australia's dynamic US sales team, based in New York City. With a focus on growing leisure and agency sales you will be dedicated to the success of Virgin Australia's growth in the US.
