Director of Marketing, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Virgin Hotels is getting ready to paint Las Vegas red and they need a Director of Marketing who can help them. The person they’re looking for will be responsible for developing the content that is needed to increase brand awareness, lead generation and revenue. 

You’ll also develop and implement content marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns. These will focus on creating active social communities, influencing online conversations, developing compelling content that drives engagement, listening to and responding to community feedback, building relationships with influential parties and analysing and reporting on optimisation efforts. You’ll be a great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships across the group. Group People and Purpose Manager, Virgin Management

Head of Digital Marketing, Virgin Red

Virgin Red is a Virgin start-up, which functions as a Virgin Group membership rewards programme. It is a mobile app that encourages existing and potential customers of the Virgin brands to “Live a life more Virgin”. 

As Head of Digital Marketing, this is an incredible opportunity to set up this area from scratch and bring together several skills in this space into one cohesive function. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, communities, and driving traffic to Virgin Red via paid, PPC, search, social etc, as well as managing and overseeing online brand and product campaigns to build brand awareness. You will develop channel specific strategies built on insight and analysis and work closely with the Brand and Editorial team to ensure we are communicating with audiences on a regional and global scale with laser-like precision.

You will support the overall business revenue and margin goals as well as delivering specific channel KPI's with a key objective being the creation and execution of a scalable plan for the monetisation of virgin.com.

Reporting into the Digital and Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced digital marketing expert that understands the value of speed and agility to deliver improvements, growth and change in a fast-paced environment. Your team will consist of Social and Analyst experts but you will scale and flex according to the challenge and objective – leaning on internal and external teams to ensure we are tracking against KPI's and delivering experiences which are worthy of the Virgin name. Box Office Staff, Virgin Voyages

The Box Office Staff are vital to ensuring a successful booking experience and event arrival for our sailors. This will be a 'one time' four-to-six-month contract onboard Virgin Voyages’ beautiful ship, the Scarlet Lady. Reporting to the Box Office Manager, they will be the face of our bookable experiences onboard and support the Hotel Operations team as needed. They will ensure a smooth and consistent booking experience for sailors while at sea and a smooth operation for Virgin Voyages’ show seating. They will also be assisting with other needs throughout the entertainment and hotel departments.
