Loyalty Insights Analyst, Virgin Atlantic

Are you a skilled customer behaviour and commercial performance analyst? Can you draw actionable insights and inform proposition development and strategy? Do you have proven financial experience and knowledge (accounting, budgeting, financial analysis) with the ability to conduct complex analysis, including financial modelling? Then Virgin Atlantic are looking for you.

With proven experience of working in an Airline or Loyalty programme, you’ll be able to demonstrate the knowledge required for developing a loyalty program, how they are structured and how they influence customers to drive purchase. You’ll possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with and query large databases and interpret large and diverse volumes of data in order to identify trends and identify strategies plans.

People Officer, Virgin Limited Edition

As People Officer you will provide generalist HR support to the group HR function across the full range of HR activities and projects. This position coordinates all aspects of VLE’s Human Resource activities, supporting a broad range of disciplines. You wiil report directly to the People and Benefits Manager, and work closely with the Group People and Development Manager to support company standards and best people practice across the portfolio.

Member Services Manager, Virgin Active

Virgin Active is looking for a Member Services Manager to manage the daily operations of the Front of House function, ensuring every member receives a great experience in their Acton club. You’ll also respond to all member feedback and positively influence retention levels, maintaining excellent levels of service.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week; 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business and will include shifts to support club opening hours. The successful candidate will need to be available for the full complexity of shifts, which are on a rota basis.

Administrator - 6 Months FTC, Virgin Care

Working closely with their central recruitment team you’ll proactively support and manage vacancies to build strong pipelines and talent pools, and furthermore potential assessment centres.

You will provide end to end recruitment support across a range of levels and disciplines, liaising directly with stakeholders on recruitment matters. You will be building strong working relationships across HR and sharing best practice, owning recruitment reporting and supporting the wider recruitment team.
