What do a thriving nation, a hugely successful company, and a well-run home all have in common? Effective Leadership. In fact, some even link the very advancement of human civilization to strong leaders with a great vision and laser focus.
Powerful leadership is a global hot topic and seen by many as the main ingredient of success. With limitless theories on leadership in more than 30,000 books and tens of thousands of seminars and summits, why are so many organisations falling short of true success? Is it possible that all the buzz words, theories, and discussions have actually reduced leadership to an intellectual practice rather than the practical application of effective principles?
We at Inspiration Labs want to fix this. To begin the process we need to find out what our leaders are doing right and what they’re doing wrong. The best way to find out is to ask the people they lead.
The Stella Leadership survey is a simple yet powerful model based around five themes: Inspiration, self-management, development, tracking performance and innovation.
With this information we can create a clear and actionable plan to bring leadership out of academia and into practical, measurable, every day application. We want this for the Caribbean and across the globe.
