"There are people who are a standard deviation more productive than their peers," believes Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Charles Duhigg. "Those people still only have 24 hours in a day but they manage to make different decisions and choose different goals and that extra productivity ends up cascading through their lives".
I spoke to Charles on the Virgin Podcast back in May, when he was in London promoting his book Smarter Faster Better: The Secrets of Being Productive In Life and Business. It was a truly enlightening discussion, touching on the (neuro)science behind creativity and productivity - and how simple processes like visualisation and even getting your to-do lists right can help change your everyday and business life.
Listening back, I wish I’d have taken more of his advice on-board!
