We are seeking an Airport Manager to be based at Brisbane Airport with Virgin Australia. This position is the key leadership role at Brisbane Airport for Ground Operations and integral to the organisations ability to drive performance in this operation.
Reporting to the General Manager, Ground Operations this position works closely together with other Airport Managers to maximise operational efficiency and ensure standard operating procedures, training and safety management is consistent across the Virgin Australia network.
You are also responsible for enhancing our guest experience by actively maintaining the efficient and productive day to day airport operation.

We're looking for a Junior Analyst to join the Refunds and Chargebacks team at Virgin Atlantic. You will be accountable for the protection and recovery of revenue through multiple channels within the Revenue Accounts Department. You'll regularly engage with off-shore suppliers to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and timely, whilst ensuring that revenue integrity is maintained.
You will be the dealing with our customers, both by phone and email, providing outstanding service ensuring that you provide a timely and accurate resolution to all queries in an efficient and articulate way. There will also be a requirement to report and deliver specified departmental KPIs.
