Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant, Necker Island

Fancy working on Necker Island? Thought so! Well a pretty exciting opportunity has come up and Necker Island’s General Manager Keny Jones is looking for a new PA to combine with Richard Branson’s office, who are looking for a new admin assistant. One person to help look after both offices!

Tis is an administrative role, covering two busy offices. The main responsibilities will be diary and email management, general correspondence, filing and archiving, booking travel and providing cover for Richard’s PA when they're on holiday, amongst a whole host of other admin-related tasks. Apprentice Engineer, Virgin Atlantic

We will enrol you on a 3 year training programme, based offsite with an industry leading training provider, which will see you working with your colleagues on live aircraft, whilst developing your dexterity and communication skills.

This will allow you not only to gain an academic qualification but we will give you live exposure to an Engineering operation. Additionally, in the latter stage of the programme, we will spend time with you as you work out of our London Gatwick, London Heathrow, and Manchester operations. In return for your hard work we will help you achieve your EASA Part 66 Category A licence and you’ll get involved with advancing our innovative fleet. Head of PR, Virgin Trains

The role holder will implement the execution of the Consumer PR and Social strategy for Virgin Trains on the West Coast. In particular, they will be responsible for the implementation of the Consumer PR strategy, and for delivering impactful and engaging consumer campaigns which promote the values which lie behind the Virgin Trains brand. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in telling business stories on behalf of large consumer brands.

While being responsible for the management of Virgin Trains’ Consumer PR agency, the role holder will ensure that the agency integrates its activities successfully with the existing marketing agencies. A key part of this role is to maintain a deep and productive relationship with the marketing and brand departments to create an integrated vision across the business. Candidates will need to be highly organised, mindful of deadlines and able to multi-task across a busy to-do list, while running a large team. As the Business Analyst in our Network Expansion PMO team you will be working closely with business stakeholders and project teams to try paint a picture of the Network Expansion Project at Virgin Media in your respective region. You’ll be looking to ensure our processes in the PMO team are efficient and help us ensure we are generating accurate data. Off the back of this, we want you create a story from the data and pull insights from it which yourself and the PMO team are then able to present confidently on to Senior Management across Network Expansion. We will also be looking for you to identify trends within the data and once spotted we want you to delve in to areas we have performed well so that we can apply key learns across other build projects.
