As Senior Manager Internal Communications you'll partner with the SVP People, People Team and senior leaders to agree the engagement strategy, which will be aligned to priorities learned via surveys and pulse checks, our business objectives – and our overall ambition to supercharge how engaged and motivated our people feel. You'll craft communication plans and initiatives that address these priorities whilst managing a team of talented communications business partners who filter priorities from their areas up, whilst driving communications strategies aligned with overarching engagement agenda into, the areas with which they partner. In this role you'll deliver integrated Internal Communications and Engagement campaigns and initiatives for Virgin Holidays. Creating a communications strategy that aligns with Virgin Holidays business objectives, you’ll also get hands on with Virgin Holidays stakeholders on day-to-day implementation, working alongside both the Corporate Communications and People teams.
The primary objective of this role will require the incumbent to be the catalyst for telling great stories that engage our internal audiences, and ensure the Virgin Holidays brand purpose is reinforced at every available opportunity. We need a baby and preschool swim teacher to join our team at Virgin Active. You'll be responsible for ensuring all poolside activities and scheduled swim lessons are promoted effectively and delivered to the highest standard, creating an exceptional experience for our members, developing creative and innovative classes following the ASA National Swim Plan for Teaching Swimming, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our members within the pool & surrounding areas, and delivering great customer service by providing personal attention and care to all members. You'll also need to accurately complete records for the function to track attendance and improvements in fitness making sure individual, team and department targets are being consistently met, and work closely with Swim management to meet and exceed set targets and objectives, help achieve commercial success within the department and wider Club team.
