The CEM team is focused on delivering consistent conversations with our customers to drive improvements in the customer experience and customer retention. The team are responsible for multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing to our customers, plus the customer engagement programmes through Nectar, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and Virgin Red.
Real-time at Virgin Trains is about utilising the data we have in our single customer view to personalise our digital touch points and the communications customers receive from us. We’re using IBM’s real-time decisioning tool to deliver this capability and need someone who is digital and data savvy to lead the maximisation of this tool to enhance the customer experience and deliver incremental revenue.
