The NewNow is a group of rising leaders committed to achieving change in our communities and beyond. They have come together as a collective working for dignity, equality and justice, recognising that the challenges that affect people and our planet are too great for any of us to go it alone. By uniting we can make the biggest difference.
The NewNow is served by a small, nimble support team, led by a dynamic Executive Director. Their approach is to create platforms for distributed leadership, bringing new power to move existing power structures in all sectors – government, business and civil society. They do this by working with partners and collaborators on shared agendas. Over 2019 they have clear strategies to impact on two action areas: bringing rising women to the tables that matter, and delivering new ways of collectively building a better web. They are also working to identify how we will deliver impact on climate change and environmental restoration.
The Digital Communications Manager will support the Director of Programmes & Partnerships to design campaigns and communications that drive impact in action areas, and will lead on developing channel strategies and priorities, building amplifier networks, content creation, community management and development, tracking and reporting. This is a role for a strong digital all-rounder, who wants to make an impact in the world and knows how to use digital channels to mobilise, engage, build community and tell compelling stories. You will be able to demonstrate a keen edge for cultural relevance, and ability to apply your insight to building movements for change online.
The Programmes Officer will report to the Director of Programmes & Partnerships, working closely with the Operations Manager and Digital Communications Manager in delivering the goals of The NewNow in core action areas. This is a role for a rising all-rounder, who wants to make an impact in the world and is convinced that collaborative approaches, using collective voice and lifting others is the way forward.
You will have the chance to serve inspiring rising leaders, working with a small and diverse team to impact on critical challenges. You will make an invaluable contribution to delivering our programmes with a strong organisational base and appropriate content to build our reputation and underpins our programmatic success. You will be part of a small team that builds respectful partnerships with a clear shared purpose and maintains those with the greatest care and attention to detail.
In this exciting new role you'll be accountable for supporting the CRM Managers in defining the roadmap for below-the-line communications for both B2C prospects and customers. You will develop campaigns to grow Customer Lifetime Value and the management of the end to end campaign delivery. In this role you'll work collaboratively with the broader Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure CRM campaigns are integrated effectively with the wider brand and Loyalty strategy.
Are you digitally savvy with a real passion for learning? Are you naturally curious and confident initiating new ideas and ways of working? Then this could be the role for you.
With hands-on experience of CRM and prior knowledge of Adobe being preferable, you'll be a highly organised individual who's confident in influencing cross-functional teams. Degree educated or with a diploma or relevant work experience you'll have skills within project management and a deep understanding and real passion for travel.
