The Marketing Operations Manager is key to the smooth running of Virgin Red and will play a central role in developing and driving forward Virgin Red’s content management, marketing operations, and customer support processes. You'll be responsible for the planning and management of weekly and monthly content calendar and processes, liaising with the consumer and commercial teams accordingly, contributing to development and implementation of marketing plans for monthly themes and new content, and managing the departmental budgeting, forecasting and operational activities. You'll be working with the commercial and product teams to reduce risk and find solutions to high-impact issues, supporting the Operations Executive on day-to-day tasks, and reporting on content performance.
As Patner Marketing Assistant, your role is critical to the success of Virgin Red. You'll be supporting the Commercial Team to deliver Virgin Red’s Partner Marketing strategy; focusing on delivering high standards of account management and delivery, driving benefit Virgin Red and partners. The core purpose of Virgin Red is to create more loyal customers for all of the Virgin Companies and this role is integral to this purpose. This role will ensure seamless execution and delivery of the Commercial team’s account management and partner marketing strategy.
You'll be working closely with Virgin companies to plan, agree, monitor and report on content. The Community Curator is responsible for designing and delivering programming for Virgin Unite’s member community, the Virgin Unite Constellation.
You will structure initiatives that drive impact for people and planet, measure project outcomes, contribute to raising $3M/yr for ground-breaking organisations, and manage communications flows to inspire a variety of audiences.
The role includes curating content from event themes to messaging and speaker line-ups, seeking opportunities to pair the resources of our members with the needs of the non-profit partners we support. You will also manage support for a community of extraordinary frontline leaders, our Northstars, facilitating support from within the group and from Constellation members. The Community Curator will manage content and storytelling across internal and external audiences, work on PR and outreach, and manage relationships with partner networks and organisations. The Community Curator will report to the Director of Community. The role will be based in New York City.

The role is fully accountable for all day to day internal operations and governance within Virgin Unite – building solid governance and financial foundations in the UK and overseas to allow the organisation to scale up and meet its strategic objectives.
