Head of People, Necker Island at Virgin Limited Edition

Community Operations Associate at Virgin Unite

Virgin Unite is looking for a Community Operations Associate to join its team in New York. This role is at the centre of the Virgin Unite community team, executing all operational responsibilities for this team and related events.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee and execute all operational needs for various Unite events including: budgeting, payments, registrations, contracts and agreements, and generally working across departments to ensure smooth delivery in the run up to and after the events.
Work with the Virgin Unite Safeguarding Lead to ensure safeguarding is embedded in all community events. Support the Community Managers with post safeguarding briefing actions where required.
Maintain the community team events calendar, liaising with various internal stakeholders to manage and flag calendar constraints for planning purposes.
Oversee the smooth functioning of the Virgin Unite Community portal, working with team members to expand its functionality as needed.
