Virgin Management has an exciting opportunity for a Group People Experience & Culture Manager to join the team.
As part of the Global Brand team, this role will play a key role in developing, driving and delivering the Virgin Group People Experience and Culture Strategy. It will also help define and codify an extraordinary People Experience for Virgin, aiming to drive commercial value for the Group and value-add for individual Virgin companies. And it will ensure that the Strategy draws upon our brand DNA and directly brings to life our Purpose, aiming to future proof and differentiate Virgin People Experience and Culture on a global stage.
