There’s currently a fantastic opportunity to join Virgin Management as a Brand Programme Manager. The Virgin brand and creative capabilities team is responsible for brand experience best practice and for the creative expression of the brand (identity, design and campaigns). They are intent on “raising the creative bar” across the Virgin Group’s portfolio and supporting the continued growth and protection of the Virgin master-brand.
For this role, you’ll need to be both creative, techy, organised and strategic, and be able to evaluate data and manage budgets. The brand programme manager is responsible for supporting the employee experience digitally and for delivering Virgin’s internal brand experience best practice programme, The Virgin Way. This includes setting the strategy for the programme, content creation, platform management and improvement, audience engagement, communications, event support and performance evaluation.

The new Life of the Party or “LOTP” for short, will have a naturally warm personality and provide excellent service to guests through interactions built on sincerity, concern and enthusiasm. You are the face of the Commons Club at Virgin Hotels New Orleans.
You network, both at the hotel and in the local area, developing a social event calendar highlighting gatherings and events around town. You will need to attend events, entertain, seek revenue opportunities for Commons Club and anticipate the needs of guests. You have a cheeky way of focusing on guest service and exceeding guests' expectations. As the VIP host, you will manage Commons Club's VIP program, and work on booking groups and events in Commons Club.
Most importantly, you will want to have fun, and want guests and colleagues to leave the hotel feeling like they had the best day ever, with a story worth telling. You’ll need excellent communications skills including verbal, written and body language, and the ability to think ahead, reaching out to VIP guests in advance of their stay to determine if they need any special services or have any requests. Working with the Director of Food and Beverage, you’ll be using strategy to further the successe

You will be responsible for conducting travel demand forecasts for passenger and cargo flows and managing consulting partners to perform independent analyses.
