Assistant Partnership Manager

The role of Assistant Partnership Manager sits within Virgin Australia’s Velocity Frequent Flyers team and reports into the Head of Financial Service Partnerships. This is an integral part of the team ensuring partners achieve their business outcomes and objectives. 

As the key point of contact for partners, you will manage the overall communications and administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your key focus will be managing the end-to-end campaign/initiative processes, which include campaign initiation and planning, campaign briefs, data analysis, reporting and delivery of marketing executions with support from marketing teams when required. 

Additionally, you review and analyses partner reporting including budgeting, forecasting revenue, activity, engagement, and acquisition initiatives on a regular basis.

Audience Analyst at Virgin Media

Virgin Media has set out to become the most-recommended brand by its customers. At the heart of this strategy are some serious digital innovations and significant data resources.

The Advance Analytics and Data Science Team is the engineer for Virgin Media’s forward-thinking, fast-paced Change function. As Virgin Media constantly evolves how it targets and tailors its communication, the team is looking for an Audience Analyst. This analyst will be instrumental in helping to stitch together the different identities a customer has across multiple devices, accounts and products.

As an Audience Analyst in Virgin Media’s Marketing Analytics team, you’ll own the audience data product helping it communicate to its customers by creating and then joining together different digital and customer identifiers. These identifiers once combined, can then be used for audience creation, personalisation, and campaign evaluation.

You will be working within a squad environment and should have proven experience of delivery within agile projects. Day-to-day you will write and continuously improve the code for creating and joining the customer IDs together using a combination of Data Modelling in GCP and the configuration of our Marketing Technology.
