Looking for a HR job with a difference? Virgin Voyages is on the hunt for someone who has experience running the day to day operation of the crew office. If successful, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all crew members have all the necessary documents for signing on and off the ship and maintaining an accurate crew manifest.
You’ll also be looking after:
Crew payroll and currency exchange ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining security
Administration of onboard crew accounts, cash advances and bank wires as per company guidelines
Maintaining and monitoring the Crew manifest for onboard safety regulations and international requirements
Notifying Human Resources Manager of any complications when signing crew onto ships
Liaising between Port Agents and Heads of department for all crew travel arrangements
