Virgin Management has an exciting opportunity for a Head of People Experience & Culture to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as parental leave cover.This role will direct the use of thebrand through people experience across the Virgin Group.
Key responsibilities of this job include:
Leading evolution and delivery of the Group People Experience strategy, including routinely reviewing and refining focus against Virgin’s strategic priorities and objectives working, closely with the Group CPO, Impact Director and Managing Director, Virgin Brand.
Working with the Brand Strategy and Insight team to inform and evolve the People Experience strategy, as well as to interrogate Group performance and enable reporting.
Leading a cross-team and multi-agency project to develop and launch a new global internal engagement platform, including ensuring a compelling proposition and launch campaign that lays the groundwork for platform success and influence on organisational change over time.

Virgin Galactic is looking for an experienced events manager to join its London team to deliver a range of innovative brand experiences and events for its global community of Future Astronauts. If you have excellent events and project management experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences then this could be the job for you. Your mission will include:
Liaising with the Astronaut Office on their strategy, objectives, and brief to find out their exact event requirements
Designing and delivering a calendar of events that target different interests and geographies within the Future Astronaut community
Researching and organising guest speakers
Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
Coordinating suppliers, handle customer queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget

This is an exciting role, reporting directly into the Head of Daytime, which will be responsible for and coordinating multiple aspects and ensuring the smooth running of all daytime studio content. Responsibilities include: administering rosters, co-ordinating editorial and commercial shoots and on location events, optimising resource management and identifying opportunities for cross show support, scheduling training, and identifying and pre-empting operational challenges.
