Virgin Voyages is searching for five superstars to steer internal communications and brand. This crack team will work behind the scenes to make sure all Crew members are informed, engaged and supported to be the best versions of themselves and deliver the best work of their lives.
Leads internal communications team and strategy, championing a company-wide culture of storytelling.
Oversees big-picture branded projects and content creation, with a focus on strategic communications roll outs.
Oversees day-to-day operational and Crew experience messaging, working cross-functionally to build cohesive communications plans.
Oversees leadership communications and engagement, championing transparency and best practice.
Oversees internal brand assets for all areas of Crew communications, upholding design standards. All team members must be epic communicators and collaborators, creative thinkers, super organised, deadline-driven, and cool under pressure. This team will sit within the Brand department and work closely with our Crew Experience and People teams.
Start spreading the news, Virgin Hotels is looking for new colleagues to join its team in New York City.
Join Virgin Hotels for speed dating interviews on 11 and 12 October at the brand new, not yet open hotel. The team will be there from 9am until 12pm on 11 October and 3pm until 6pm on 12 October. You don’t need to book, just come as you are.

Virgin Management has an exciting opportunity for a Product Lead to join its team to look after the new Virgin Family platform.
The Virgin Family platform is an investment by the Virgin Group in a single employee-focused digital platform for Virgin Companies globally, aiming to positively transform colleague connection and collaboration, and enable brand synergy and amplification across the Virgin family.
The platform will be designed and built in 2022, launching phase one in Q1 2023. The high-level propositions for the platform have been designed and a technology vendor for the platform has been on-boarded. All it needs is a superstar Product Lead to help launch it.
