The Adoption team sits within part of Virgin Media O2’s Care function and is focussed on educating and enabling customers to embrace digital channels. The team will work closely with data science to drive personalisation into every experience - understanding what each unique customer is likely to need and delivering that experience for them. From digital newbies to experienced pros, every customer deserves a digital experience that is tailored and efficient.
You will be Adopting those that do not interact with Virgin Media O2, to build brand relationships and improve the value they can drive from their service. This will include proving the benefits of engaging digitally and habits among customers already engaged digitally.

The Marketing Director is a commercially focused leader who is accountable for setting ambitious marketing strategies to maximise growth and engagement across paid, earned and owned channels in the UK and Internationally. This role will work closely with various leaders across the business to ensure Virgin Red are targeting the right customers, have the right propositions, the right journeys and the right marketing plans to ensure it optimises performance across each stage of the funnel - thereby growing both reputation and revenues.
This role will ensure Virgin Red have a small, select group of agencies that can support the marketing strategy and deliver on KPI’s in the most efficient and progressive ways possible.

The main gig for the Director of Housekeeping is to ensure that Virgin Hotels have a clean and well-maintained property as well as a happy housekeeping team. This takes a lot of coordination and a get up and go attitude.
The Director of Housekeeping plans, organises and manages all details (the moving parts, if you will) for the housekeeping department. They do this by working with a collaborative hotel-wide team. Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring above and beyond standards for hotel rooms, public areas, food & beverage outlets and the heart of the house!
Working closely with the Front Office to ensure all guest preferences are executed. Going the extra mile and putting the guest first.
