As a Customer Insights Analyst, reporting to the Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key sections of the Voice Of the Customer programme for Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Atlantic Holidays. You’ll help prepare reports for senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable insight, you will help guide the business in its decision making. Part of this role will be to lead the support on our Voice of the Customer platform across the business.

Join the elite team of men and women who work in the Engineering department at Virgin Hotels. They ensure that everything in the hotel from the guest rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, offices, is in good working order for guests, clients, vendors and teammates.
In addition and under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Engineering, you will assist in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renovation, remodelling and general upkeep in order to keep the hotel in perfect condition for customers.

The main gig for the Executive Housekeeper is to ensure a clean and well-maintained hotel, as well as a happy housekeeping team. This takes loads of coordination, time management and people skills.
The Executive Housekeeper plans, organises and manages all details for the housekeeping department. You’ll do this by working with a collaborative hotel-wide team. You’ll be a leader in driving change in the business to keep Virgin Hotels current and fresh. The Virgin Limited Edition team are looking for a Reservations Manager with experience in handling a small, highly diverse and motivated team within the luxury travel environment.
As Reservations Manager, you will manage the UK reservations team and oversee enquiries and bookings for all the properties, ensuring effective communication with Travel partners, guests and properties in a timely and professional manner. The role will be based in London and report to the Head of Revenue.
