Workplace Relations Manager at Virgin Australia

Virgin Australia is currently looking for a new Workplace Relations Manager to join its team. The Workplace Relations Manager is responsible for providing advice across the Virgin Australia Group on a wide range of employment and workplace relations issues, representing the Group as an advocate in employment and industrial tribunals and managing employment and industrial litigation matters on behalf of the Group.

Reporting to the General Manager of Workplace Relations, you’ll be  expected to provide strategic, commercial and timely advice to the business on a wide range of issues, be proactive in your  approach to supporting the business, work autonomously, manage competing priorities, provide training and to assist colleagues, other members of the Group Workplace Relations team and other teams in relation to complex workplace relations issues as required.

Content Specialist at Virgin Media Business

Virgin Media Business is on the lookout for a brilliant Content Specialist to join the team. The role will see you leading on all written output for the Wholesale Fixed business, across creative and editorial, to ensure a consistent and credible voice in the market.

You will work closely with in-house designers to answer creative briefs, whether that’s coming up with ideas for a brand campaign, coming up with concepts and writing a video script or crafting copy for a web page. To ensure success in this role, Virgin Media Business is looking for  someone who can create and own the editorial content calendar, working closely with relevant internal teams and external agencies (PR & SEO) to agree content themes and define a list of deliverables. This should include plans to maximise the value of written content by re-purposing and developing related materials as appropriate.

Member Engagement Manager at Virgin Red

Virgin Red is looking for a Member Engagement Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns and member engagement communications across the global CRM function for all its consumers. 

In this role, you will support the Head of Member Engagement in creating and leading the execution of the strategic CRM plan to enable us to deliver on Virgin Red’s ambition to “build rewarding relationships” and to “live a life more Virgin”. Virgin Red will be expected to establish a relationship with all Members from the very beginning, providing them regular and relevant information to inspire them, encourage them to earn Flying Club Miles and to help them redeem these miles on great treats and rewards for themselves.

You’ll be  creating and optimising lifecycle campaigns, expanding customer reach and touchpoints, personalising communications and working with other functions in the business who are dependent on CRM.
