To witness the beauty of evolution, visit the Hawaiian Islands for a taste of some of the most spectacular scenery in the world – endless sandy beaches, brightly coloured flowers and thundering waterfalls. Hawaii offers some of the best resorts for satisfying creature comforts and the legendary hospitality of the islanders is an uplifting delight, creating the perfect holiday for families, couples and lone travellers alike.
Smokers beware, though, as Hawaii is a non-smoking state.
Getting there: Private transfers
Oahu Limo: $5.00
Big Island Limo: $6.00
Maui Limo: $7.00
Kauai Limo: No charge.
What To Do
There are six islands that make up Hawaii and all of them are worth checking out on your Virgin holiday. From the beautiful, warm waters to the friendly atmosphere and the active volcanoes, there is plenty to write home about. Why not take a mule ride to the Kalaupapa Peninsula on Molokai? Or check out the views down the Munro Trail? Oahu's Pearl Harbour is also a must-see for first-time visitors to Hawaii. There are six islands that make up Hawaii and all of them are worth checking out on your Virgin holiday. Where To Eat
Try a meal at a traditional luau for an iconic Hawaiian experience - Old Lahaina Luau is a particular favourite with foodies. Virgin travellers are also advised to Mama's Fish House for its views as much as its seafood, while Warren & Annabelle's Magic offers something different with a theatre-style layout. Moose McGillycuddy's is an excellent value option too.
