Who wants to learn more about space? Virgin Galactic are gearing up for some informative fun at Farnborough International Airshow.
The future of space travel will be on display at the world-renowned aviation festival, with Virgin Galactic presenting unique exhibits for the first time.
Education and fun go hand in hand at Farnborough, which takes place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July 2012. There will be an ‘In The Zone’ Touring Exhibition, which is the Wellcome Trust’s London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games initiative. The experience will provide a fun, free and fascinating way for visitors to discover how their bodies work during sport, activity movement and rest.

The future generation of pilots, engineers and scientists is another key feature of the event. The Innovation Zone will host a variety of interactive exhibits and demonstrations showcasing technology that could feature in the aircraft of the future.
The Space Zone will also inform and enlighten, with exhibits from the UK Space Agency and its European counterparts. Along with Virgin Galactic's exhibit, the Zone will show how space technologies shape our world today and how space exploration helps us understand the universe and broaden our horizons.
