Virgin Galactic are preparing for a special day in New Mexico at the Keys To A New Dawn event.

Richard Branson is in New Mexico for a landmark Virgin Galactic event at Spaceport America.

#spacecheetah Twitter competition winner @thesmitt will be there to see the Virgin Galactic excitement, after tweeting @richardbranson the correct answer to the question how many times faster is SpaceShipTwo than a cheetah.

Tim Moran, who has won an incredible Virgin Money Australia competition to go to space with Virgin Galactic, will also be there after winning the Childhood Dreams comp.

Meanwhile, Virgin Galactic has launched a new range of merchandise, including highly detailed miniature replica spaceships, shirts and caps.
