Virgin Australia announces Mystery Breaks

Stuck for a gift idea? Wedding, birthday and Valentine’s Day presents can be hard to get right when you’re lacking inspiration.

Irrespective of personal tastes there’s one factor that remains constant, people love surprises. With this in mind Virgin Australia is offering you the chance to go on a Mystery Break.

A Mystery Break is a special holiday package, flying you to an unknown destination for a stay in a four or five star hotel. All packages include return flights, accommodation, return airport transfers, baggage allowance and taxes.

The list of destinations means that you can never be sure of where you might end up, possibilities include; Adelaide, Ballina Byron, Brisbane, Broome, Cairns, Canberra, Coffs Coast, Darwin Fraser Coast, Gold Coast, Hamilton Island, Hobart, Launceston, Mackay, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Port Douglas, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Townsville or the Whitsunday Coast.

If you should see somewhere on the list that you’re not so keen on then you have the flexibility to exclude a destination, with your Mystery Break destination not being revealed until one to four days prior to departure.
