Ever wanted to go into space? Well here’s your chance. Virgin Galactic are encouraging space fans to get involved with NASA’s latest initiative, which could see your experiment rocketed into space on SpaceShipTwo.
“NASA has opened their latest announcement of flight opportunities for the Flight Opportunities Program. This is an unparalleled way for you to get your technology demonstration experiment flown into space on SpaceShipTwo,” explained Virgin Galactic.
“You can also apply for flights on high precision vertical take-off and landing vehicles, sounding rockets, and high altitude balloons - or you can even apply to fly on more than one of the above. NASA's paying for your experiment to fly to space, friends... get to work!”
So if you’re a budding astronaut or fledgling scientist then why not try and get your idea up into the earth’s outer atmosphere with the world’s first commercial spaceline.
If you’d like to find out more about the programme then head over to NASA website, alternatively if you’d like to find out more about the progress of SpaceShipTwo click onto Virgin Galactic.
