Richard Branson tries out Virgin America cabin trainer

Virgin Group founder Richard Branson and his mother Eve visited Virgin America to celebrate the opening of a new ‘cabin trainer’ within its Burlingame, California headquarters.

Richard Branson brought along a giant pair of ribbon-cutting scissors and Eve offered some tips to the Virgin America staff at the special event.

The pair were joined by Virgin America president and CEO David Cush and teammates in the full size, 1:1 scale replica of a Virgin America fuselage will allow the growing airline to train its flight crew in California.
