*** For international Customs Arrivals there is a $35 Surcharge
added to all rates. All Airport Transfers are subject to $3.50
Roadway Use Drop Fee and $5.50 Roadway Use-Parking Pick Up
Fee. Cellular Phone Fees are $2.00 Per Minute. All Rates are
