Women in the boardroom

Came across an interesting study about how increasing the number of women in the boardroom can improve company performance.
The Credit Suisse research suggested that businesses with at least one woman on the board have outperformed those with no women on the board by 26% in the past six years.
We are working hard with Virgin companies to move faster in this direction.
