The Big Climb

Having been a bit of an adventurer, it is wonderful when your children grow up and you realise they’ve caught the bug. Initially I invited them along on adventures like attempting to break the Transatlantic sailing record or kite-surfing the English Channel. On this occasion they were kind enough to invite me along as they launched their wonderful charity - Big Change - to help make a difference to kids less fortunate than them and their friends in Britain.
One day Holly and Sam told me they’d decided the way to get Big Change launched was to embark on ‘The Big Climb’. “Bea, Sam Richardson, Phil Nevin, Bellie, Alex Walters and ourselves are going to attempt to climb Mont Blanc. We all wondered whether you’d like to join us?”
I think they knew what my answer would be before they asked since they know I can't resist a challenge. I'm not known as Dr Yes for nothing!
