Virgin America's new uniforms: black boots vs red heels

Virgin America has teamed up with Banana Republic on new uniforms for its in-flight and airport staff that harkens back to the golden age of flying – and we hope you’ll agree they are absolutely stunners.

Last year we brought back the red shoes to Virgin Atlantic, after lots of you joined my campaign online to get the iconic red shoes back on board our flights.

We learned that the Virgin America team is now debating kicking it up a notch (so to speak) with some beautiful new shoe options coming in 2013. The big choice for the optional shoe is between sleek black boots similar to those seen in the Banana Republic video and snappy red heels.
