Received a wonderful letter from an 11-year-old named Jay who is a big fan of our Pendolino trains. His auntie even cuts one of our Virgin Trains driver’s hair!
He had some good ideas for improving our services and some interesting questions too, so we sent him a book all about trains after he had enjoyed a birthday trip – on a Pendolino of course!
It’s always great to hear new ideas from young, enquiring minds. They often have a different way of approaching problems and finding fresh ways of thinking. Look forward to hearing about your progress in the years to come Jay!
