Have you ever sat at the bar and discovered your drinks cost slightly more than you expected? Here's an extreme example.
A guy showed up at a bar and heard Happy Hour wasn't for another 30 minutes. To save some money, he decided not to order until he could get the cheaper drinks.
While he was waiting, he ended up talking to David Clark, who works for us at Virgin Galactic. By the time the guy left, he had spent $400,000 on a couple of tickets to space!
He has now joined the ranks of our Future Astronauts. Don’t worry, when we get back down to earth after visiting space, the drinks are on me...
