From Virgin Limobiker to epic fundraiser - introducing Russ Marks

He has run the London Marathon, taken part in challenges dressed as a superhero but on the 28 July our very own Virgin Limobiker, Russ Marks - along with GMTV & Sky's Ben Shephard and a couple of other dads - are embarking on an epic journey to top all epic journeys. They will be cycling coast to coast across Britain from Whitehaven (on the West coast) to Tynemouth (on the East coast).
That's 145 miles in just 2 days. Then - get this - they will turn straight around and run back across in just 5 days - that's more than a marathon every day!
The reason for this huge and brutal challenge is to raise as much money as they possibly can for the Children's Heart Unit Fund which is a cause particularly poignant to them as their closest friend and runner's baby son "Little Seb" underwent lifesaving heart surgery at the children's unit in the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle.
