When I was little, as soon as the post arrived, I’d always flick through it, desperately hopeful something would be for me. Inevitably it was almost, always, all for my mum.
“You always get so much post, it’s not fair”, I’d whinge.
“It’s all boring post I’d rather not get it at all” she replied.
I disagreed “I’d much rather have got boring post than none at all”.
I regret that now! Boring post is indeed boring!
So when I heard what Virgin Media Business has being doing, I felt it was worth sharing...
They’ve been thinking about how to improve the customer experience using what they do best - digital technology. Virgin Media Business are in the process of moving to an online billing portal for customers to access their account information any time of the day, moving away from monthly paper bills. This not only allows customers to manage their budgets better, but by going digital, it's more resource efficient and also cuts down on boring post!
They also brought out a classic video to explain what they were doing. It is based on an old favourite by Bob Dylan.
