We're just at the start of our journey in managing our responsibilities but we're a fast learner and are quickly beginning to identify the issues that should sit at the heart of our corporate responsibility strategy.
While social and environmental questions are of course important to us, we’re not stopping there. We’re also tackling some really straightforward business and operational issues that demand close attention to our values, behaviours and ethics.
So, our approach is pretty fundamental in terms of scope and priority. We’re not picking and choosing the issues we want to focus on, we’re going exactly where the ‘responsibility question’ takes us. In doing so we have uncovered a number of areas to prioritise, including:

As the UK’s leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) we want to give confidence to our stakeholders that we’re managing our digital responsibilities effectively
Managing our environmental impact
We’re committed to sustainably managing the day-to-day environmental impact of our business operations and exploring how our products can deliver environmental benefit
Our role in the community
We want to use our people and products to make a difference to the communities in which we operate
