Virgin Group win corporate responsibility awards

The Virgin Group has won two prestigious awards for corporate responsibility reporting.
Virgin was rewarded in the 2011 Corporate Responsibility Reporting Awards (CRRA '11).
The Best First Time Report category was won by the Virgin Group, along with the Creativity in Communications category.
Virgin Chief Executive Stephen Murphy said: "I am delighted that the Virgin Group won the Best First Time Report and Creativity in Communications awards in the 2011 Corporate Responsibility Reporting Awards.
"These are global awards and this is fantastic achievement for our group team given the diversity of Virgin and the complexity of the issues. Very well done to all involved."
CorporateRegister.com's Paul Scott added that Virgin were "worthy winners".
He commented: "We've seen CR reporting increase every year, with 2010 showing the strongest performance yet--nearly 5,000 reports worldwide."
