If you had two minutes at Rio+20, what would you say?

The Date With History contest is a once in a life time opportunity for one young person to travel to the Rio+20 UN summit in June, to share their vision for the future with delegates from across the globe.

If you are between the ages of 13-30 you can upload an entry to the Date With History website, where the videos will then be voted for by the online public. The top videos will then be judged by a diverse range of prominent celebrities, environmental activists and thought leaders. This judging panel includes Jose Maria Figueres, the new President of the Carbon War Room and Former President of Costa Rica, along with Peter Boyd, Chief Operational Officer for the Carbon War Room.

Voting closes on Sunday, so visit http://datewithhistory.com/en/vote/ to choose which video you want to represent young people from around the world.

Just to remind you, here is the video with Severn Suzuki that inspired this competition in the first place. She was just 12 years old when she presented before the UN Assembly at the first Rio Earth Summit back in 1992.
