Head to Zuu, and help homelessness too!

The team at Virgin Active Australia have teamed up with the Salvation Army's Oasis Youth Support Network to host four 45 minute outdoor ‘Zuu’ exercise events across Sydney & Melbourne to raise funds and awareness of youth homelessness in Australia.

Participation in the event is only $30 which is tax-deductible, with all proceeds going to help make youth homelessness a thing of the past!

New to Zuu? It's a functional workout that uses just your bodyweight and gravity it will develop your mobility, endurance and strength through range of motion. So why not try it, find your threshold and raise awareness for a good cause at the same time.

To book your place, visit the Every Day Hero website, choose from one of their locations and click on the link to register your attendance.
