Mystery Jets cemetery album launch video

If you’ve been getting giddy at the thought of another summer spent lazing about to the sound of a new Mystery Jets album, then that’s at least one thing you have in common with Red Room.

We heard that Blaine and his boys were set to launch their latest record, ‘Radlands’, in London’s eeriest cemetery – Abney Park. So we raced along to Stoke Newington, where the band were kind enough to give us a tour of the graveyard before explaining how the album came together.

The unique setting was the perfect place to showcase the gospel elements on the album, which was recorded in the boiling Texan heat down beside the Colorado River.
