There’s extra reason to be careful when going out for a run this week, not only have the clocks going back given us an extra hour of darkness to contend with in the evenings but the added prospect of the ghosts and ghouls of Halloween making an appearance should keep even the most experienced runner on their toes.
To help you ‘Be safe and be seen this Halloween’ Virgin Money Giving are offering 10 ronhill hi-vis running vests - if you’d like to play #TrickorTweet with them. All you need to do is send in a spooky Halloween themed photo and they’ll pick the 10 that make their hair stand on end the most.
Perhaps you’re holding a Halloween themed fundraising party? Going out for a run in your ‘Trick or Treat’ costume? Carving a pumpkin? Or creating a spooky atmosphere in the office or charity you work for.
You don’t just have to be on twitter to play #TrickorTweet, there’s lots of ways you can enter:
• Tweet the photo to @vmgiving using the #TrickorTweet hashtag.
• Email the photo to twitter@virginmoneygiving.com with #TrickorTweet in the subject line.
• Post a link to the photo as a comment to this blog post.
If you’d like to find out more, head over to Virgin Money Giving.
Best of luck!
