Next week will see entries go on sale for next year’s Virgin Money Cyclone, as the UK’s largest cycling festival looks to build on the success of this summer’s event.
On Thursday November 1st those wishing to participate in the 2013 series of rides will be able to confirm their presence. The Cyclone will take place across four days, beginning on June 29th, with over 4,000 cyclists attending each year.
"The success of British cyclists like Bradley Wiggins this summer is encouraging people to get out on their bike,” explained event organiser Peter Harrison.
“Already we have had lots of people asking about the 2013 Virgin Money Cyclone Challenge rides, so it's great to be able to tell them they can sign up now."
The Cyclone combines races for both beginners and experienced riders, with a selection of rides also designated as family events.
